The first EUROAVIA Napoli Drone Workshop, in which 25 students, divided into 5 teams, had to challenge themselves over 6 intensive days in Naples, Italy, from the 6th to the 11th of May 2019.

06-07/05 – Introduction of the event and basic drones theory lessons. The course included aerodynamic, stability, systems and other analysis about mechanics of quadcopter;
08/05 – Presentation of Sponsors and choice of the components for the drones;
09-10/05 – Drones crafting & Final report. The teams used the chosen components to craft the drones, with the help of the technical department of the event. Meanwhile, the participats had to elaborate a report to justify their technical choices;
11/05 – Drones flight test & Report presentation. The test was supervised by professional aeromodelists, following the ENAC standards.
